Organizational Health is a private company exclusively dedicated to providing support programs and related services to businesses. For the past thirty years, our director has addressed the needs of employees in over 400 organizations across Canada. Her extensive experience in the field, as a therapist along with her in-depth knowledge of employee well-being, has shaped her current vision of organizational health and her unique approach to supporting employees and employers.
Organizational Health offers the expertise of qualified and experienced professionals to assess the nature and extent of personal and professional difficulties within your company. We provide innovative services through a systemic approach to analysis and solution implementation.
